National sales support

As a National Sales Support rep I had to assist all in store associates with system errors, upgrades, activations, device swaps, billing questions and also price plan questions. We have to meet three separate categories in average handle time, issue resolution, and transfers. I was crowned as a Crown Club Associate which is being in the top 5% of the center in total score to goal. I have also done work as a P.O.C. Which is a personal contact for when the team supervisor would be out of work. Job duties for this included helping team members with questions and finding resolutions to the current issue at hand.
