• Devise & implement a marketing & communication plan within the agreed budget.
• Planning, Conducting & Monitoring of Various Trainings, Marketing events with all types of end customers.
• Mega project long term plan targeting Such as MOH, MOI & MOD.
• Verify, Consolidate & Generate Area project data base with hit rate percentages from the sales team & take the necessary arrangements with both distributors & Logistics .
• Leading new distributor’s negotiations & assignment process .
• Setting up the hager KSA office .
