*I am responsible for developing a programming strategy and piloting non-fiction content for multiple verticals including Rebel Music and MTV Desi
*In 9 months I steered MTV Desi from startup to full-swing production and developed 30% more content than projected that is optimized for sponsorship and maximum distribution potential
*I drive creative ideation to brainstorm content strategies and ensure that each vertical has its own clear voice and editorial approach
*I actively oversee multiple production teams and all aspects of content creation, from conception and deal-making to production and delivery for documentary series and branded content
*I work with the Senior Vice President to evaluate the ROI of previous and ongoing content to make decisions about budget allocation and set goals for production teams

*In 2012 I served as Executive Producer for two Music Experiment productions, a multi-million dollar strategic partnership between MTV Iggy and Intel. I managed all aspects of pre-production through execution-- one featuring Santigold in Chapel Hill, NC and the other with The Jezabels in Portland, OR (
*I direct and produce Rebel Music, a 6-part documentary series (
*I oversee and creatively guide all aspects of Rebel Music including production, post-production, developing online presence, pitching sponsors and working with Ad Sales to structure deals and ideating with integrated marketing and strategic outreach teams
*I structured Rebel Music pre-production research, developed contacts in the field, wrote scripts, directed talent and managed international shoots in Afghanistan, Mali, Russia, India, Israel/Palestine and Egypt
