- Manage and drive a team of VoIP specialists toward realizing the delivery of all services to customers.
- To ensure seamless and timeous issuing of service handovers to Project Managers with a view to expediting and realizing revenue turnaround efficiently and with speed.
- Ensure the realization of orders (revenue) per portfolio and alignment of this to Revenue targets as determined by the management.
- Ensure that billing triggers to Finance is handled timeously and accurately so as to prevent revenue leakage.
- Proactively identify issues, risks and jeopardies to order delivery per portfolio together with mitigation plans.
- Proactively manage and resolve Project Management escalations related to service delivery matters within given portfolios utilizing hands on approach.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Proactively contribute toward process improvement, process development and the implementation thereof for existing and new products to be launched.
- Ensure compliance to company policies and procedures.
- Run daily operational meetings to focus awareness and resolution of customer impacting problems.
