AIESEC is the largest student-run organization in the world, providing students the experience of running a social-entrepreneurship business that has two main products: 1) Sending youth abroad on internships and volunteer opportunities in 120+ countries 2) Developing a leadership pipeline through global expansion, and a training system of conferences facilitated and run by AIESEC students across the world

WNC is the largest yearly conference in the U.S., and I worked with an executive team of 7 responsible of daily operations. My key responsibilities included the following:
Shaped branding strategy and lead marketing team of 3 highly-talented individuals who together
- Produced visually-captivating material that embodied the spirit of Chicago and AIESEC
- Engaged a fanbase of 1000+ on Facebook, and 110+ followers on Twitter
- Made 3 thought-provoking Youtube promotion videos
- Successfully attracted high attendance rate of 325 delegates from 40 top universities in the U.S. and internationals

Together with a team of Foster School of Business students, drawing from primary & secondary research methods, we formulated SEO & social media recommendations to improve both clients' exposure to target markets in the West Seattle area and Sea-Tac Airport respectively.
