• Creative development responsibilities included documenting processes and discussions such as agendas and minutes, writing for sales agent communications, participating in department activities and other communications tactics.
• Conducted site testing of web and training sites to ensure business requirements are met. In completion, document findings and communicate results to the project owner.
• Assisted with project documentation including maintaining a project plan, updating weekly client status grids, trafficking materials through the review process, and sales oversight tracking.
• Provided tactical support for product launches, service opportunities and other market opportunities to ensure growth of segment.
