Execute more than 65 board and executive meetings and events each year. Manage writing, editing and posting for employee intranet. Produced annual report for 20,000 policyholders.
I support the company's three Boards of Directors and Executive Staff team of 13 through meeting, conference and retreat planning. This involves planning more than 50 board and committee meetings each year, and more than 15 executive off-site strategy sessions, team-building activities and business meetings. Plus, a four-day, out-of-state, activity and meeting intensive board retreat attended by 45 board and executive team members.
I manage the employee intranet for a company of 170+ people. This includes editing story submissions for consistency and AP style, writing stories based on employee requests, and creating and sending the weekly intranet recap e-newsletter. I also use my HTML coding skills to post written stories directly to our intranet using Dreamweaver and Joomla software.
I assist the Communications team as needed, such as managing the production of the 2013 Annual Report from implementation to execution, which was sent to an audience of more than 20,000 policyholders.
I assist the CEO and executive staff with research, writing, presentations and communications.
