Serving as an Alumni Advisor – mentoring, advising, and grading a small group of graduate student consultants enrolled in the Capstone course of Georgetown’s graduate program in public relations and corporate communications. This course requires students to perform as a communications consultant by finding a cause or company to develop a strategic communications plan.

In 2014 and again in 2015, the National Academy of Public Administration and ICF International asked federal leaders how their agencies are responding to rising expectation for “anytime, anywhere, any device access to information and services”.

Responsible for the management and development of the corporate brand. Lead brand steward and corporate storyteller who communications business objectives into appealing narratives to our clients. Part journalist, publisher, and marketer, I think about how content supports the brand and provides customers with real insights. It is really about telling ICF’s story how we help clients achieve their goals and build successful programs. Proponent of earned media and increased ICF's energy media by 30 percent.
