Promoted from Call Center Specialist for sister company, Xtend, to Sales Administrator and primary resource for Sales and Marketing division of parent company, CU*Answers.
Provide sales leads and facilitate deals which result in signing new clients - contributing to a record 2009 year for CU*Answers, adding 140,000+ new CU*BASE processing members (14 CU*BASE converted credit unions).
Created a new business within CU*Answers to write and distribute press releases for the company, network affiliates, clients - as well as contracted out to others - and have realized amazing success in adoption for publication by industry trades (more than 100 in first six months of 2010 alone).
Earned the Employee Leadership Award in Feb, 2010 (only 2 per year) - nominated by EVP of Sales, and chosen by CEO, citing "her ability to lead and complete projects in a timely manner is impressive - she is becoming a growing internal force for CU*Answers every day!"
