-Oversees social media and email marketing strategies for Italian brands with a global reach, specifically in the Fashion and Design industries, at an international creative agency. Major clients include Fay (Tod’s Group), Replay Jeans, Police Lifestyle, Lapitec.
-Develops brand concepts and strategy for major campaigns and year-long roadmaps, involving market and social trends research, as well as ideation of new concepts and social tone of voice to best serve clients’ needs.
-Solves problems and manages client relations during fast-paced projects in high-stress situations
-Executes content creation, including: editorial calendars according to brand directives and internal strategy to capture brand essence across many platforms, copywriting in multiple languages, real-time content production at industry events such as Milan Fashion Week and Milan Design Week, direct email marketing campaigns for both B2B and B2C targets, and creative visual content planning for major campaigns and capsule projects.
-Assembles reports and analytical insights on channel performance according to clients’ KPIs (engagement, growth, organic/paid reach, etc). Key results included growing Replay’s Instagram channel to over 100K followers (+140% growth) organically in less than a year and doubling Fay’s Instagram following throughout 2016, as well as leading a successful Instagram Stories takeover with popular German fashion influencer (@ohhcouture) during Milan Fashion Week.
-Counsels clients on strategic recommendations for social activities, including optimization and creation of paid media campaigns across social platforms, best practices for internal company and distributor use, and email marketing training.
