Associate Director, Global Talent Attraction & Diversity

I lead AT&T's diversity, disability and veteran recruiting strategy across AT&T. Our strategy is multi-faceted and includes advertising, employment branding, partnerships, event sponsorships, and stakeholdering within AT&T's Citizenship & Sustainability, External Affairs and Employee Resource Groups.

We've been recognized for considerable progress in branding AT&T as an employer of choice within the veteran community. We launched an enhanced military careers page (, a military skills translator tool ( and a Veterans Talent Network and Job Search Advisor Program ( The number of new hires that self-identify as veterans has grown exponentially; in addition to increasing our veteran hires, our new hires are comfortable disclosing their status as they know their service is an asset to AT&T, not a detractor.

I advise AT&T's Women's Leadership Council on strategies to attract and retain female talent especially within STEM career areas. This year we launched a career site for military spouses, established a women's career speakers bureau and embarked on research to analyze supply and demand trends and collect best practices from leading technology employers as we set goals for gender diversity. I led the launch of the first AT&T Women in Tech hackathon and look forward to follow up events across the country this year and next.

I lead AT&T's talent attraction strategy and programs for professional, technical and college recruiting. We develop media and marketing plans and design strategies in support of hard to fill positions across sales, marketing, IT, engineering and various corporate roles.

In 2011, my team developed career portals and ATS for AT&T's hiring needs in Latin America, Asia and EMEA. My team provides our global recruiters with sourcing assistance, recruiting collateral, event planning, advertising, social media and marketing strategies to support their recruiting activities.

Senior Recruiter

Publishers Circulation Fullfillment (PCF) is the telesales, customer care and distribution arm of the NY Times & other newspapers.

Contract Position
• Recruited for positions in IT, Training, HR, and Customer Care.
• Rewrote employee handbook, jointly with VP of Human Resources and outside legal counsel.
• Revised employment application, confidentiality agreements, offer and rejection letters, and new-hire paperwork to comply with state and federal regulations. Liaised with management at multiple PCF locations to ensure compliance on issues identified by HR auditors.
• Developed content and design of career portion of corporate web site to attract applicants to the company.
• Created materials and delivered training as part of outplacement efforts to 100 employees affected by reduction in force. Organized on-site job fair staffed by local employers on behalf of these employees.
• Created materials for training in Behavioral Interviewing, Anti-Harassment and Civil Treatment.

Government of Israel

Director of Marketing, Israel Ministry of Tourism

• Effected strategic change in how the Ministry promotes Israel Tourism by building relationships with synagogue bodies, rabbinic organizations, and over 50 American Jewish Organizations
• Created target map of the top Jewish organizations for promotion of Israel Tourism agenda. Set up “Marketing Tool Kit” as mechanism to utilize the organizations’ existing in-house marketing and communication channels for Israel Tourism promotion.
• Served as designated representative of the Israel Government Tourism Ministry to the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations, an umbrella organization with over 50 members, the voice of organized American Jewry and an effective advocate on issues of vital global concern.
