Developed and implemented a new hotel reservation system, trained all staff members and owners, collaborated with team members to improve hotel management, performed price market analysis according to region and top 10 competitors. Applied a 25% price increase. Overall estimated revenue increase of 50%. Increased employee efficiency due to newly automated tasks, and substantially decreased risk of ‘no-show’ reservations.
Managed a $2.8+ million dollar portfolio of stocks and bonds from Stetson University’s Sarah and Roland George Endowment. Generated individual fundamental reports for Swaps, Buy Recommendations, Hold/Sell Decisions, and Industry-level Analysis. The RGIP has received 14 first place awards and 4 second place awars in the past 13 years of both R.I.S.E and G.A.M.E. competitions.
