-Effectively serve as project manager for all special order and installation projects, seeing them through from sale to completion.
-Liaison between vendors, installers, service providers, associates, shipping and logistics companies and customer to establish shipment and installation dates, enquiries about in-stock product, product receipts, and place any re-orders and order updates.
-Provide support and guidance to other departments to ensure that key tasks and outcomes are achieved on time, and ensure excellent customer service. This has improved our overall customer services outcomes in key departments, and the store’s overall customer service score has increased positively.
-As the Workshops and InFocus Captain, I manage and organize weekly DIY workshops for customers and train associates on the importance of safety compliance. Our DIY attendance has increased 10%, and the InFocus team has increased 100% in participation.
