Main point of contact between partners and internal VMware teams. Worked to coordinate with partners on all legal, pricing, and ordering matters.Managed all contracts, royalty reporting, on boarding, and operations for over 60 EOEM partners. Documented and tracked all agreements, price lists, and other documentation relevant to partners. Created prospective partner research reports for the sales field to review for prospecting.Send out questionnaires to prospective partners and set up calls with sales and technical teams to help on board partners.Coordinated with internal service and support teams to make sure partners are properly on boarded. Communicated and followed up with partners via phone and email regarding quarterly royalty reports.
• Generate and analyze reports that indicate how received royalties compare to forecast revenue.Created spreadsheets that showcased the average time from on boarding to collecting revenue.Generated and maintain partner specific price lists and order forms. On board and trained new partners on the ordering and royalty reporting processes.
