Analysing the project budget on weekly basis, ensuring budget limits are not exceeded and issuing budget forecasts based on historical data.
Managing deliverables tracking with the client including phases, documentation delivery & sign off in sync with the agreed milestones.
Supervising JIRA task management system for efficient work flow management and standardized internal & external communication.
Controlling the project procurement cycle which includes Purchase Request Forms(PRFs), Purchase Orders(POs), Goods Received receipts(GRs) and Service Delivered Declarations(SDDs) in sync with the overall budget and Ericsson audit standards.
Managing the monthly payroll process for six teams in coordination with Ericsson HR and partner recruitment agencies.
Coordinating project recruitment & HR processes for six teams and reflecting new positions into a coherent organizational chart.
Promoting the use of standards, methodologies and project tools across the project.
Managing project documents, Risk/Issue/Assumptions/Dependencies, project plans and change controls
Monitoring and reviewing project performance, alerting the Project Manager to any potential areas of concern.
Facilitating the governance process, ensuring questions are raised to the correct governance forums, and decisions are effectively communicated and recorded.
