I work with clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies helping them to define strong brands that employees rally around, build trust, and inspire brand loyalists/advocates. Recent projects I have led as an independent consultant and contractor through Modis include:
• Content creation and marketing communications in collaboration with Northwestern Mutual's internal Community Engagement team to help power the company's CDX transformation strategy and shape its future by accelerating the adoption of and inculcation in the culture of an agile mindset and practices, business agility and leadership agility. Key initiatives include: NM's Annual Agile Conference; NM Agile website, All Things Agile Yammer group and Slack channel; Lunch and Learn events; and thought-provoking stories and videos that evoke conversations and inspire diversity of thought.
• Development of a brand positioning platform, marketing plan, website and online marketing strategy to launch Attractions with a Spin, a startup firm in the tourism industry. Included implementation of the firm's Google Adwords campaign, Facebook and Instagram pages, and strategies to drive social media engagement and customer reviews. The company sold out its inventory of tours and achieved breakeven during sixth month of operations.
• Collaboration with various Milwaukee-area ad agency partners - Charleston Orwig, Hanson Dodge Creative and Stir LLC - and their client teams to conduct marketing research studies, comprehensive re-branding strategies, develop, and implement internal and external brand and communications activation efforts.
