• Drive the development of new products and services, in alignment with Product Management, supporting our clients business through innovation
• Prioritize and deliver new product and service development to ensure highest pay back to Damco over shortest timeframe
• Develop the India- Mauritius and China – Mauritius corridors to ensure that Damco achieves its yearly objective (responsibility recently handed over to another person of the organization);
• Ensure that Damco secures at least one tender of minimum USD 50,000 gross profit on a yearly basis;
• Drive the development of DCC containers mainly from China, Thailand and France
• To maintain and further expand existing products and to ensure we are present in all import and export corridors including but not limited to groupage, multi-modal and airfreight;
• Participate in tender process for government and private sector companies;
• Lead the LSS and SCM teams to achieve their yearly target
