As a student entrepreneur focusing on female empowerment, attending this conference would be everything. I would get the opportunity to network with and be inspired by women who have grown their own businesses and industries. Then, I would get to hear their pointers and intake on my own business idea through their mentoring breakouts. I believe, especially in the world of international business, it is so important to constantly be inspired by women around us. This conference would put me in my natural and happiest environment: surrounded by professional women taking over the world.

I'm a budding entrepreneur starting my business in Dallas and I would love to learn branding and niche tactics that will help me get my business of to a great start. Meeting successful female entrepreneurs at Create + Cultivate would be an amazing opportunity.

I moved from San Francisco to NYC, and am in a technology sales role with Oracle. A few of my companies (headquartered in NY) will be talking and I would love to join and network with more women professionals!!

I would love an opportunity to attend Create + Cultivate because I am wanting to be inspired by women who are doing amazing things as well as network!!

I want to learn how I can successfully build an independent side business in my rural state of Vermont.

As a recent college graduate, attending the Create + Cultivate conference would offer me the perfect lesson in how to continue to make the future female! I'd look forward to networking with and learning from other women about how to be competitive, confident, and committed each day at work and off the clock.

After being laid off this year, I made a decision to start pursuing my passion as a career. Freelance writing and blogging are a huge career change from working in finance, and I would love to attend this conference to meet other creatives, expand my network, gain mentorship and explore my new professional field.

I am looking to be inspired and learn the fundamentals I need to take my small business from year 2 to year 3 successfully. Not only will I be able to learn from experts at Create + Cultivate, but I will be able to meet people to make lasting relationships in life.

As a professional who works at a women's non profit I am looking to find creative ways to approach the work I do. So often, we get stuck in the rut of doing the same thing over and over again, this conference would give me a tool set and network to connect with others. I would love to hear innovative ways to approach the work I do with women's organizations.

I have a strong passion for math and want to encourage young women to consider it as a career pathway. Learning from the experts at Create + Cultivate will help me explore innovative and of course, creative ways to engage. Most importantly, I want to empower women to become strong problem-solvers - after all, that's what math is all about! :)

Engaged. New. Young. Creator. Professional. I'd use these words to describe myself, as a twenty-something working in higher education administration. I've devoted my start as a young professional to developing students in college. It's my passion, but I've also realized there are many ways to incorporate my creative, innovator personality into the field of higher education - ways that have yet to be tapped. Higher education administration isn't a field known for the creative, cultivator, but I'd like to change that. I believe this conference will give me the jump start I need to bring creativity and innovation to not only my field but to my passion. Help me to do this, pick me, invest in me - I know I have the ability to impact my field as an innovative creator.

I would love to learn how women in business stay professional and competitive while still encouraging other women in business.

I want to create and cultivate my inner diva and be a boss lady!

I'm looking to learn from these esteemed business women on how they knew they stay inspired and how they got to where they are today!

I am looking into starting a side business/blog and would love more knowledge about navigating this field/world!

I am looking to start a side business/online shop for artwork and paper goods. Would love to learn more about managing digital presence and gaining support!

I'd love to get back into blogging.

Although my background is design and architecture, I am currently in the male dominated data center industry with little creative outlet. I'd love to be inspired and be among women of like minded spirit! I crave being able to hang up my technical hat for a little while and let my design/creative/fun side come bursting forth!

I would like to learn strategies and hear advice from successful women on how to grow my tiny side hustle into a thriving creative business.

There will be so much inspiration at this conference! I'd love to learn how to take my blog and career to the next level.

As a blogger, marketing professional and budding entrepreneur, I hope to learn from this conference of incredibly inspiring ladies how to be the business lady I dream of. 2016 is my year to go out there and get what I want from my career, so what a great conference to start off the year.

I currently do research in healthcare, testing out an ehealth tool. This has inspired to me to launch a start-up that is geared at providing women with a healthy product through a delivery service for something that is typically very harmful to women, although masked. Through the Create and Cultivate Conference I would be looking to learn about other women's experiences within the digital space, their triumphs and pitfalls, to get a sense of what I am in for. I learn best through others' stories, I love seeing myself in others and applying their learning to my life. Overall, I would love to learn not only from the speakers but from the community of like minded women gathered together. This would be a fabulous opportunity.

The Art of the Pitch: How to present, sell and negotiate your big idea

Howto bring the entrepreneurial spirit to my non profit.

Part feminist, part millennial, whole creator and writer, this would be an incredible fuel of inspiration. Fingers crossed.

As a creative professional I'd like to see what they have learned along the way, the challenges they have overcome and all their priceless advice. I love attending conferences and leaving feeling more motivated and driven then ever!

I'm looking forward to hearing how these awesome individuals stay inspired and continue to evolve!

I am looking forward to gaining inspiration from the panelists at the Create & Cultivate Conference and making new connections. Getting a preview into the minds of the marketers behind the brands and learning about their approach in using technology as a communication vehicle to connect with their audience is something I'm very interested in as a young professional building a career in the digital space.

I'm looking forward to learning how to up my digital game

I want to learn how to develop ideas further and I want to gain inspiration and insight from the conference. I am only a young woman in the digital technology field, and would love the opportunity to learn from those who are more experienced. Being a woman in technology can be hard at times, but I want to break the barriers and learn to shine my talent through this difficulty. I am very new in my career and could use the help in learning how others have triumphed and taking the lessons learned back in order to provide a more substantial base, and hopefully to help others.

I would love to learn more about how to transition a side hustle into a full time gig, and how to monetize while not losing sight of your passion!

I am excited to learn how to turn your passion into a business without letting your personal emotions and expectations stand in the way; whether it be in the form of fear or blinding you to reality.

I am a young, female professional working in the health/digital space and looking for a career that allows my professional and personal aspirations to thrive. I would love to connect with other like-minded women and learn what it takes to succeed as an entrepreneur in this space!

I recently started a new position at a start up company, who's making changes fast. This would be the perfect opportunity for me to contribute what I've learnt from a long list of inspiring women. I am super passionate about leveraging the skills and abilities of women in the world to make known that we can be game changers.

I just got promoted to a new role at my company -- new for me and new for the company! I would love to attend Create and Cultivate to be inspired by hundreds of other women working on their hustle to get ahead! I'd love to learn how all these women keep up (and better yet, stay ahead) in the fast pace and constantly changing world of digital marketing (and would love to ask Hilary Sloan some questions!).

I would love to attend and learn more about how to best grow my blog and new site!!

I am in the process of researching and putting together a business proposal for a side project. I would love to get insights into how to launch the project, marketing it on a limited budget and differentiating myself from the rest of the field. I'd be interested in meeting with the other woman to hear their stories, and get advice on how to grow the side project into a full time job!

I'm a recent college grad. I have some idea of what I would enjoy, but I'm not really sure how to get there. I'd love insight on how to get your foot in the door with your dream company and how to succeed at finding a job.

Laura Todd

The most interesting workshop to me at the moment is "Pushing Boundaries, Not Buttons: Getting creative at your current job".

As a current college student, I want to hear these women's first-hand experiences with becoming an entrepreneur and their successes and drawbacks faced along the way, and how those drawbacks were overcome.

I would love to attend this conference as I am building my own business. In it's second year, I have all my manufacturing processes in place and am ready to grow. I find it very inspiring to speak with and learn from other female entrepreneurs.

How to start over...

I'd love to go! I just started a new career in a position that is everything I've been working towards the last few years. Which means it is challenging and I am learning new things every day. At this conference I'd love to learn how to be more confident and assertive in meetings and talking to managment ( I know thats one of the discussions). Also, this is the first job I get to figure out whats important, not to just check off duties on a task list and with that I want to learn how to be more creative and to be successful in my own way (Pushing Boundaries, Not Buttons: Getting creative at your current job). If I was able to win I would bring my manager who is also a big fan of this conference.

I want to learn how these entrepreneurs have built communities around their vision to help their companies and projects grow.

I want to learn about what I should spend my time working on right now to grow, versus things that I should put on hold, delegate, etc.

The opportunity to attend this event would be so valuable as I prepare to take the leap this coming year and focus my career on my new venture and life passions. After looking over the conference schedule and events there are so many amazing speakers, each of whom I have no doubt will have a bountiful of helpful information. Again the opportunity to really get some foundation in starting my own business full time would be invaluable to me.

I have been working in social at a boutique advertising agency. I would love to learn how to take social to the next level as well as up my networking skills. I have always been an introvert and would love the chance to meet so many other like minded individuals.

Chelcey Tate

It would be an absolute DREAM to win these tickets! I just put in my notice at my day job to blog/design full time, so any opportunity to connect with other creatives/learn from them would be incredible!

Chelcey | www.chelceytate.com

I run my own freelance graphic/web design, branding and social media business and this would be really helpful for me. I sometimes feel that I need to learn more about the business side of the business, and the speakers are perfect examples. Who What Wear started because of fashion, so somewhere along the line, she learned the business side and how to be profitable. That is exactly what I need to learn, and to make quality connections with hardworking people that would attend this conference!

I've wanted to attend a Create + Cultivate for a while now, but could never swing it in my budget. This is exactly the type of event young female professionals need to learn from those that have forged their own way. For sure this conference would inspire and further the pursuit of my dreams.

What an amazing panelist line up! I'm interesting in learning more about how to develop and maintain my own personal brand while also working to market and promote various live events brands through my current position.

Having started a Fashion, Lifestyle, & Travel Blog, Erie Nick, just two months ago, I’d love for the opportunity to attend Create & Cultivate to learn how to bring it to the next level! I’ve bootstrapped my way thus far, and am striving to learn more about search engine optimization, brand partnerships, affiliate programming, and overall blog time management to turn take Erie Nick from a creative outlet to a full fledged business. My long term goals include full-time blogging with top tier brand partnerships and creating an Erie Nick fashion line, so what better way to start turning the dream into a reality than attending Create and Cultivate Dallas and learning from the best of the best?

To be in a room where women help and inspire women is a true gift. To learn from the best of the best, and to make new connections, that is an invaluable asset for anyone to move to the next level, whether personally, or as a company or as an entrepreneur. I think the skillset that each panellist/mentor can bring to the table is what elevates this conference. I'm looking to gain insights to grow further as an individual and an entrepreneur, and would be great to make some awesome girlfriends along the way. To be able to tackle my pain points, and to grasp a greater understanding of the digital online space, is what I am seeking to learn. Thanks :)

This would be a great learning experience for me, especially now as I move into a new, higher-up position and start getting my own company off the ground.

I feel like I am on FIRE right now developing my own personal brand, along with my relocation collective, City Leaper. The rockstar panel at Create + Cultivate this January is seriously mind-blowing and I'd love to learn from these lovely and inspirational girl bosses in person! I live in San Diego, but flying out for the conference is not a problem for me if I'm selected as winner (I even have 2 more PTO days to use up at my day job before March!).

What I'd most love to learn? Branding strategy, Productivity tips, and how to cultivate meaningful brand partnerships!

Excited to hear from this amazing group of female entrepreneurs about the origins of their business, successes and failures and what motivates them on a daily basis. As the founder of a marketing agency based out of NY, hearing from these ladies and having the chance to connect with them and other Levo members in my hometown of Dallas would be awesome!

As a girl boss, I would love to attend to be able to gain some pointers from others who might be in the same position as me as new managers. I am very invested in growing my own brand at this time as well and with all of the amazing presenters, I know I would be able to take away so many valuable things to help me grow into a strong career woman. I think the networking aspect of the conference sounds awesome and I would love to meet others who aspire to reach for the stars!

I have had the chance to work for two creative and inspiring startup companies and now I want to make my personal ideas a reality. But where to start??? Having the chance to hear how other woman started to make their company dreams come true would be the perfect experience to start 2016. I would love to bring what I learn from this conference back to Denver, where so many women are building new companies!

How to follow my dreams, overcome ageism, network successfully and put my expertise to work.

Feeling ready to make the leave and start out on my own, partnering my public relations skills/experience with my passion for fitness and yoga and holistic health, but I could use some "where to start" advice/guidance. And of course, it helps to meet with and hear from empowered women and men!

I always love to hear about successful women's mistakes such as where they went wrong and how they overcame it. It is inspiring but also informative!

I am hoping to learn more about how to balance a day job with a side hustle. Also, the value in working for a start-up and more about how to combine multiple passions into a rewarding career!

Getting to the heart of what makes my project different and sharing that with the world in the best ways is what most interests me about this conference--plus the opportunity to engage with women just like me.

I'm eager to hear examples of women who are in the technical field who successfully launched and maintains a side business.

I am hoping to learn how to live my dream and take my side hustle full time!

Recovering from breast cancer a double mastectomy looking to become change maker for women to reinvent them self and be in charge of their health!

Would absolutely love to attend and hear from like minded women who have started their own companies. I work full time in digital advertising and started my own company, Luxe Kits, on the side. Hearing from other entrepreneurs who have been through the start up phase continue to amaze and push me to continue on! We recently worked with Heidi Klum and that was a huge accomplishment. Always looking for that extra motivation and would be happy to further share the knowledge I learn with others! Xo #JustIndulge #LuxeKits

Would love to attend and hear from other smart women about the struggles and triumphs they've faced starting their own businesses and brands. Also would love to have more control over the mentor I get a chance to interact with during the conference. I've already bought a plane ticket. Next step is winning this ticket :)

I'm looking to find ways to make my #sidehustle a full time gig! Thanks for this opportunity!

I just graduated college in the spring, moved to a big city shortly after and have never been more excited about my future. I think about how far women have come within the last few decades and as someone who has always had big ideas, I consider myself so lucky to be a part of a generation with the freedom to follow my passion. If I was given the opportunity to attend Create + Cultivate I would want to learn more about the mindset of these women before they got to where they are now. How did they power through feelings of discouragement and continue to trust in their ideas/creativity? I would truly love this opportunity and of course, to see Lauryn Evarts –my absolute favorite blogger!

I love the feeling of being around tons of other inspirational and passionate women who are working every day to make their dreams their reality. This conference would give me a needed boost towards my own dreams of being an entrepreneur. As a life long learner, I know that I will never know it all! What a fabulous way to fuel my craft by soaking up the wisdom of these ever so amazing women! We've all got something to give, and I would hope to be able to give a little of myself as well , not just take from those that are there : )

I really want to be able to go to this and learn about the digital space. To be honest, I went to school for broadcast journalism but as of now and reflecting throughout the year, I realized I'm more grown towards working in the digital atmosphere whether it be through social media or connecting with someone from a completely different continent. I would LOVE to go to this event to hear first hand how entrepreneurs got to be where they are now. How do I make a business out of what I'm doing? How can I excel and learn more? I'm completely brand new to it but I know this is something I want to do. It's just all about knowing and having the right guidance.

I am interested in learning more about how design and social media has affected these amazing women's businesses. In my current position I am learning more and more about how marketing and sales have a reciprocal relationship and I am curious about how these women have driven growth in their business with digital tools!

I would love to hear the panelists speak about their perseverance throughout their entrepreneurial journey, and to gain insight into how to make an online business thrive in this ever-changing market. My now-husband started an online business last year and I would love to apply the information and perseverance towards taking this business to the next level.

I'd like to learn how to set myself up for consistent creative success...well--I'm good at the creative part and need to get better with planning.

I want to learn about the market in order to find what I can bring to it. Eventually, I want to create business that benefits many people and gives back to the community. As a brand new fashion rental startup, @theclostrevival is DYING to be at Create & Cultivate in Dallas this January. We (@meganoelizabeth (Also founder of Wake Forest Style - wfustyle.com and @wfustyle) and @laurendaccache , a best friend duo from Wake Forest University) can't imagine a better place to grow and learn both as young, driven, and creative women and as nascent entrepreneurs. Create & Cultivate seems like an amazing learning environment, and it has to be said that some of our favorite businesswomen and influencers are on your panel. We would love more than anything the opportunity to understand what motivates them, what inspires them, and how they got to be where they are today. Hopefully one day, WE will have the chance to be the ones giving advice to bright, eager women trying to carve out their place in the creative world.

As a creative woman with experience with writing, art, and marketing, I've been looking into how to best combine my skills. I recently realized I could benefit from learning HTML and CSS to improve my personal website and eventually solidify my brand. Attending the Create & Cultivate Conference would be a great experience to give me inspiration in my future creative, digital ventures. I am so so excited for this year's event. The lineup has got me all 😍. I can't wait to learn from such a talented, diverse and experienced group of women. As a girl who is immersed in social media everyday (it's my job), I love hearing from other women who are using the digital space to drive innovation, enlighten their audiences and inspire other women to pursue their passions. I'm so excited to join the Create & Cultivate community and leave feeling like a #girlboss.

I'd love to learn effective ways to share my story and connect with others in a genuine way on social media.

At Create and Cultivate, I would love to learn more about being your own boss and running your own company. I already have an idea, I am just standing on the edge, looking for the courage and a little inspiration to take the leap! I have been interested in attending this conference since I saw your article in July (shout out to Maxie McCoy - you are amazing!) and Dallas is my hometown so this would be perfect! Thank you for this opportunity!

I was super excited for this year's conference, I wasn't able to make it to last year's. I super excited to meet all of wonderful and inspirational women that have made an impact on the various markets in the US, I'm really excited to get more confidence and inspiration from these ladies and really turn my blog into something that can have an impact. I want to pick their minds on how they started and the ups and downs the encountered, and ways to keep going even with set backs!

I'm most excited about the idea of being in the company of like-minded creative individuals, exchanging ideas and making the future better and more exciting - together. I would also love to meet the bloggers I've been following on Instagram in person, and have a chance to make meaningful connections, learn about improving my business and blog, and overall just getting inspired for the year ahead!

It's my birthday so trying to get a little lucky here! Also, would be great to learn from other women how they grow and maintain their businesses and work relationships. How to create the future you want and to cultivate the learning experience to be more than you expected.

The world is an ever-changing place making the choice of which career path to go down quite a struggle; a struggle I've encountered for the last four years. I've always had a passion for the business and marketing side of things and love to be able to use my creativity in the workplace. What greater experience could there be but to hear from the best female entrepreneurs to help motivate me to create a cultivate a successful future for myself in the field that I love.

I would love to attend and learn how to take my experience in corporate events and apply it to transitioning to freelancing. I would also love to network with other females who are aspiring to the same goals.

I'm looking to be surrounded by positive women who are the leaders in their niche part of the industry. I want to learn from professionals about starting my own business and combining my interests under that umbrella. I hope to meet women I can keep connected with on a personal level, and establish friendships!

I can't even put into words what it would mean to win this opportunity. I'd love to be surrounded by positive women who have faced their fears and gone after their dreams! The biggest lesson I'd love to lear from these ladies is how to focus on what's really important vs. what has to get done.

I'd love to attend this amazing event!! I am looking to turn my passion into a career and would love any tips and advice out there :D

Would be honored and humbled to learn from these incredible women. The energy would spark me on to finalize my business plan and get my little endeavor off the ground!

I would love the opportunity to attend this conference and meet these amazing women. I'm young in my tech career and it is important to me that I am able to make an impact, as a woman, in my field. If I am lucky enough to be awarded this opportunity, my goal is to learn how they navigated this patriarchal society and made a name for themselves as well discussing what discuss what they wish they had done differently.

It's wonderful that women can gather in a collaborative space like Create and Cultivate. At the Create and Cultivate Confrence, I hope to learn how I can balance my creative side with my academic qualifications in politics as I begin in the process of starting a lifestyle blog and a business in food and agriculture/ICT sector . I would like to learn how non-traditional creatives started in this business, and also those that still have careers in non creative paths :i.e. doctors, engineers, etc, and how they either transitioned into a creative career, or how they bridged the two. I also look forward to meeting attendees from many different creative and professional fields. I hope that we can learn and help each other with business ideas, contacts, and in general learning about a cool business or blog that I can follow and support.

I´m looking forward to get inspired by all the careers of the amazing speakers.

I would love to learn how to bring my passion, purpose, creativity, education and experience into a profitable lifestyle.

I would love to be about to learn and network with brilliant women from around the country on entrepreneurship and creativity. Also, I would love to learn how to make My Little Magic Shop an even more magical experience. :)

I keep getting updated on the different speakers at the conference and there are so many women speaking that I really admire. I'm very passionate about entrepreneurship and have passions other than that, but I haven't found a way to take a passion and become an entrepreneur in that area. A conference like this would help guide me and possibly open my eyes to something I never considered.

I would like to attend to network with like-minded people, learn new ideas and to be inspired by the amazing speakers!

I would love to hear about their inspiration behind their work. Also I would like to hear about how they maintain a work life balance.

I would love to connect and learn from women who have turned their passions into successful ventures and how they've cultivated their own brands.

To be surrounded by such great women, on both sides of the stage, to learn from everyone's experiences and questions all the same. To have to opportunity to learn how to design my life, my future, my goals from those who have done it first. TO IMMERSE MYSELF IN GREATNESS!

Like many of Create & Cultivate's attendees, I find myself at the intersection of Entrepreneurship + Creativity + Social Media. My husband and I co-founded a popular Instagram account (@dogsofinstagram) and figured out how to parlay that into our next passion project, Lucy & Co. (www.lucyand.co / @lucyand.co), an online boutique that specializes in well-designed, quality dog goods in collaboration with other inspiring brands + makers. This endeavor is one that we're enthusiastic, but it can be daunting at times. Business ownership isn't for the faint of heart, the feebleminded or those that enjoy sleep. I would love to attend Create & Cultivate Dallas to receive a healthy dose of inspiration, to learn from the successes of others, to share in lessons of failure, and to make new connections with other empowering women. Because sometimes working on a team of two can be so darn lonely.

I'm looking to learn about how to manage time in a bi-coastal team for my passion project, and how to set expectations when day jobs get really busy!

I would love to learn about how these ladies keep a consistent brand while also continuing to post fresh creative content. How did they begin their journey to get them where they are today?
