I'm in the process of expanding my side hustle as a calligrapher to take on a larger workload, expand my online presence, and team with a local stationary/gift shop to teach a calligraphy workshop in store. I have the motivation to do so--but would love help and guidance when it comes to the long term goals. Learning from the team and partners of Create & Cultivate would be a DREAM.

I'm trying to figure things out in my career. I need to think outside the box for a variety of reasons, and I really feel like both the conference and working with Maxie would give me insights and ideas I'm having trouble envisioning by myself.

I'm in the process of negotiating my first annual raise with my organization. I was promoted early in February with the same classification, so it did not come with a raise. Getting prepared to negotiate for the second time is a process in and of itself. I negotiated for my hiring salary.

At the same time, with one year under my belt at my organization, I'm ready to ask for more responsibilities and have a bigger seat at the table. I want to move forward!!

Attending Create & Cultivate would be amazing as I build Twenty Something Living into a full time creative business. I would love to speak with Maxie about community building and creating a platform for engaged readers!

I am building the first women's online story platform and would love to work with Maxie to build readership, engagement and community. I love Maxie's honest and real approach and I want the female contributors of my website to feel empowered to open up and tell their stories truthfully and from the heart.

Attending Create & Cultivate would give me the opportunity to meet women from all walks of life and gain invaluable insight into the world of digital media!

Attending Create & Cultivate would allow me to meet and connect with women from all walks of life and gain invaluable insight into the world of digital media!

After running my own Staging & Interiors company for 6 years I started to take it online, from e-designs to blogging about my client projects and interior passions. I have hit a road block, a plateau of sorts, and I am feeling spent. I want to re-ignite it ALL! and continue blogging about it so that others feel that passion, energy as well. I have been following Maxi and Create&Cultivate for awhile now and almost squealed at Starbucks when I saw they were coming to my city- #Chicago #cantwait #chicagorocks @createcultivate #unlockyourbrillance - OK!!!

I'm rebuilding creative spaces for business professionals. The corporate world can be utterly empowering - but also stifling. It's important for us to have spaces that encourage creativity, from writers circles to paint nights, so we can build a social network and explore ourselves together - and then take what we learn back to the corporate space. I want to make events that empower us outside of work and revolutionize how we do our work. Because of her start-up experience, Maxie can help me visualize and execute on our event plan. Create&Cultivate also mentions killer cocktails (and killer personalities) - I can't turn that down.

As a young professional in the media/communications industry, I'd love to get tips from Maxie on how to tap into my creative potential and how to continue growing in my career.

As a young professional in the media/communications industry, I'd love to get tips from Maxie on how to tap into my creative potential and how to continue growing in my career.

As a designer in the digital space, I have been struggling to find my niche in my career, and am thinking of starting out on my own business venture - I would love to discuss how to go about creating my own path to success in the creative/digital space!

I'm at a career crossroads where I'm struggling to decide to do what I love in the creative space or pursue something in the traditional business world. I'd love to learn more about finding or creating the right opportunity where I can incorporate both.

As a young professional in the instructional design industry, I'd love to get tips from Maxie on how to tap into my creative potential and how to continue growing in my career.

I'm working to reinvent myself! I've spent the past 15+ years working in Communications for a non-profit research organization, while also putting myself through college. With eight credits standing between me and a Mass Media B.A. that I plan to secure in May 2016, I'm eager to figure out 'what's next', and develop strategies that will allow me to reach personal and career goals that I have swirling around in my head. I know that I want to contribute to improving people's lives through developing content that educates and entertains, but am just not sure how to get started. Being able to submerge myself in the Create + Cultivate environment will allow me to meet and network with women who are making the difference that I want to make. And, having the opportunity to sit down with Maxie McCoy would just be absolutely priceless.

From the Digital workplace to improv art studio, life is about making it yours. My daytime is focused on delivering SEM ads and results to my target audience and evenings and weekends I utilize my cozy East Side, New York apartment to paint, sketch and express my favorite things. I'd love to meet with Create + Cultivate to help merge both my worlds, both my loves, together.

I'm currently working full time at a clerical position in the medical field, while also trying to get my fashion and beauty blog off the ground. My focus is figure-flattering style on a budget. I would love some help with marketing and strategy, creating content and networking. I would like to grow my business and focus full-time on what I really want to be doing, writing and sharing the message that great style isn't complicated.

I am finishing up as a paralegal for the past 5 years and beginning as a law student in August. I am also a wife and mother of 2 so I will need to merge my space I have to create my own new space for studying and "me" space to strive. I still want to be able to spend time with my family but, I know my first year will be extremely difficult. I need the space to be able to help me grow as a growing and striving business woman.

I am building a new website/blog and working on my business which will help women in developing countries with hygienic products. I would like to learn everything from personal branding to getting a business off the ground in terms of marketing and funding.

I am developing a blog, course and workshop for sexual healing, using yoga, ancient kundalini kriyas, creative movement play, recreational therapeutic games, and meditations geared to clearing our channels, healing past relationships and traumas, opening our hearts and making room to attract more love, joy, bliss, and orgasms!

(play some Marvin Gaye in the background...)

I'm developing an online retail business. Help!

I' am working on a getting my foot in the tech field. I completed a course in web design but I also have an interest in digital marketing, content strategy and SEO. I would love help on how to combine my love for the two to a meaningful career.

I have started a blog about sweepstakes and contests and really could use some help getting traffic I love to win stuff and want to help others win too

I am working on a few things!

First & foremost my BA in Business Management.

Second my blog for Sweepstakes & Contests. I really want to get into the other side of sweepstakes such as marketing, public relations, probability, advertising, etc. [I already work as a Graphic Designer in Advertising but I want to expand on my career]

Third I would love to get a blog & YouTube channel going for my fitness! I love working out and hitting the gym.

I'm currently managing a travel blog, a full-time (busy!) career in digital marketing, and working on my passion project that brings animal rescue to the forefront of millennial attention in an attractive, digital, modern way. I have followed Maxie for ages and have recently relocated to the Chicago area - I would be so thrilled to have this opportunity to be inspired by Maxie and join other female entrepreneurs for Create + Cultivate!

Right now, I'm finishing up my BA in Public Relations and Advertising at Marquette University. I work as a Marketing & Events intern with the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel where I get to learn the ways of an in-house team planning big events around the city. I'm also preparing for a launch of a Her Campus chapter at Marquette as the editor-in-chief. Finally, I'm preparing for a launch of a DIY college-chic blog with another PR/events-minded individual.

Create + Cultivate and Maxie can help me further my knowledge and passion for all things creative and digital. I'm constantly inspired by the world around me and learning how to craft that inspiration into something real would better me for the rest of my life.

The Create + Cultivate Conference caught my eye for a number of reasons. I am a current HR Generalist who has spent the majority of my career studying coaching, leadership, career building and effective communication. I was a fashion major in college and began a track towards HR after an internship experience where I learned my love for helping people. I am truly looking to build a brand online where I can help empower millenials (specifically females) through their search for a career and those first 5+ years after school... becoming a professional. Create + Cultivate would empower me to learn from experts, surround myself with brilliant women who are all trying to make their mark in today's world. To me, this is an opportunity that rarely comes up and I would love to attend.

I'm working on preparing to launch my business full-time! I'm currently a senior in college aspiring to own my own full-service media group, with everything from brand strategy work for small businesses to sponsorship and social media help for bloggers - the whole package. I'm terrified of launching into entrepreneurship and the lack of stability that it brings, but I just can't deny the burning passion I have for helping other aspiring entrepreneurs and business owners reach their goals and make their dreams come true! I need to make connections and network while learning from the best to really soak in knowledge and grow. Create + Cultivate is exactly what I need to do, and where I need to be!

I would love the opportunity to learn how to move through the design as an employee transitioning into a business woman.

*into a business owner.

Hello! What an awesome opportunity. I am the Co-Founder of VelvetCrate. As a creative spirit, life long learner, and new entrepreneur, this opportunity is perfect for me to gain insight and feedback on how I can creatively cultivate my small business to be the best it can be!

http://www.velvetcrate.com

This past November, I launched Vivian Lou (www.vivianlou.com) - an online store that offers products designed to help women look + feel better in high heels.

My flagship product is the Vivian Lou Insolia insole - the ONLY insole scientifically-proven to PREVENT foot pain caused by shoes. Ideal for heels 1 inch or higher, these insoles shift body weight to the heel, realign posture, improve balance, restore a natural heel-to-toe gait, and significantly reduce strain on the back, knees, hips and ankles. And our 3D MoCap motion studies, in-shoe pressure analyses and independent testing can prove it. :) They are simply amazing! As I like to say, PREVENT high heel pain. Don't cushion it.

And I’m launching an organic foot spray later this year that alleviates pain, reduces swelling and soothes sort feet. (It’s wonderful!)

2% of every sale helps disadvantaged women revitalize their confidence + reclaim their independence. I currently partner with Dress for Success in Minneapolis + Women’s Bean Project in Denver.

I work full-time…but am completely committed to growing my company. I would LOVE to attend Create + Cultivate to get inspiration, ideas and the confidence to make Vivian Lou the GO TO products for all women who wear high heels!

Thank you in advance for your consideration!

I finally got a foot in the door for my dream job as a literary agent, but now I need some guidance when it comes to turning a foot in the door into a full-time gig, OR about how to fill in the gaps with some creative freelancing.

I'm building a brand called Thrive + Well to engage stressed, busy professionals and entrepreneurs to take time to recharge and place their health on the forefront, so they can be successful in their businesses and enrich the world!

I would love to take this class to learn about how design and function can help make our professional and personal lives beautiful. I love this topic and need to roll up my sleeves and learn about tools and skills to apply in my day to day.

I'm now into my late 30's, and while my "outside of work life" is 'living the dream' my career is a solid 15 years behind the power curve. I really want to use my education in conjunction with my professional skills in a self employed/contract method, and could use the inspiration and guidance, connections, and ideas from this event to help launch and get off the ground!

I am currently a recent graduate of Syracuse University with a degree in public relations and finance. Create + Cultivate will help me to further my skills in PR and digital marketing. I'm currently in the job market and a conference like this can help me gain the necessary skills to make me more marketable. Secondly, I'm working on developing a personal blog and online profile. I would love to learn from experts on ways to properly brand myself. Lastly, I'm working on an entrepreneurial project and would love to learn how to get my small business off the ground. This concerence can help me in so many ways. I have hopes to be a successful business professional and believe starting with Create + Cultivate is the way. I would be extremely grateful and excited if given the opportunity.

Hi! I'm working on a multi-media project called Inspired By 11 where we are flying out to meet successful entrepreneurs, interview, and film them. We are working on the feature-length documentary to be submitted into film festivals world-wide. I have created a blog called www.inspiredby11.com where you may view blogs, podcasts, and IB11TV teaser videos of Pat Flynn, John Lee Dumas, Allison Maslan, and more! I would love help with creating more exposure for the brand through marketing & PR. We truly love what we are learning from the whole experience. We are growing from it so much and continue to move forward! The quote that I have resonated with is "As long as you can start, you are all right. The juice will come." -Ernest Hemingway

I would love to learn about interior design and tricks to make my home look more fabulous!!! Thanks!

This sounds amazing! As a budding wellness professional and new entrepreneur, I am working to leave my 9-5 and start my business full time. Wellness can be a very creative field and I would love to share that with the world. I feel that this would be a wonderful opportunity to learn from others about starting a business and seeing it thrive as I help others.

As a newly minted entrepreneur who recently moved to Chicago, Create+Cultivate is just what I need for so many reasons. I look forward to being inspired--by the speakers as well as the attendees. I want to be challenged, and I also want to cultivate my entrepreneurial community. Coaching from Maxie would also be the push I need to keep growing my business and keep growing as an entrepreneur.

Hello all! I have not heard of this event before, but it sounds fantastic! I am currently a Business Marketing major (with a minor in French) and am interested in starting my own business. I have always dreamed of being my own boss, and just recently have decided to put that into motion! The opportunities at this event would be extremely beneficial for my career in general and for creating/maintaining my business! The social media aspect will also be very helpful seeing as society is moving more and more towards the digital space. Create + Cultivate offers a variety of panels and speakers to assist in gaining of information to make sure that the people and their business continue to stay relevant and up to date with social media! I would love the opportunity to participate!

I'm the lead engineer at a start up company. I feel too often engineering is the overlooked creative space. I'd love to represent my world of creativity, learn team and management skills and help my company put their best foot forward when it comes to online presence as we break into that area in the coming year.

I've newly founded a site called Lady Guns Global, a place for women to be recognized for the amazing things they do every single day, but rarely think are all that special. Lady Guns is a place to show women that what they are doing is powerful, worthwhile, and should make them feel proud of themselves. It's a place to learn about women from all over the world, share their struggles and successes, and see how they are making a difference in their communities and inspiring others. Lady Guns Global is about empowerment, encouragement and recognition.

As a new endeavor, there is much to learn and do in order to keep the Lady Guns community growing. I believe this is where Create + Cultivate and Maxie come in. Create + Cultivate Chicago will offer an incredible, talented, strong network of women to learn from and will allow me to bring back new ideas and inspiration to continue to build Lady Guns Global. Maxie is full of fire, love and knowledge for all the bits and pieces that continue to challenge me as a brand new entrepreneur. Together, Create + Cultivate and Maxie are, unsurprisingly, a force that I will continue to learn from and hope to keep in my arsenal forever.

I would love to win this to kick off my post-having-baby-#2 revamp of a startup I had going and closed down temporarily due to a cross-country move, which has (in turn) led to a major loss of momentum and focus that I need to recreate. I also am working on a new blogging/writing project that this could be super helpful in helping me focus on. No matter what, thank you all for having this wonderful opportunity for two lucky winners!

Hello! I'm a cultural anthropologist and French pastry chef currently working on melding my love for pastries and cultural diplomacy into a creative venture in the next year. I started a small macaron-of-the-month club while in my doctoral program to learn more about food entrepreneurship and business (www.theloveconfection.com). I have also honed my foreign language skills (French, Italian, Spanish, Lingala) and skills in research, ethnography, and interviewing while in school. However, I am still working through how to best link these two ideas together as an engaging, informative writing/baking project. At this stage, I would really benefit from some creative brainstorming and exchanges of ideas with creative individuals on how best to use pastries as a way to inform people about other cultures. I would be so grateful to attend Create & Cultivate and receive coaching from Maxie McCoy: both opportunities are beyond inspiring and exciting for a lifelong learner like me!

I am a creative, owner, and founder of Home Sweet Home Grocery (hshgrocery.com) in northern British Columbia! My BFF and I run our start up with everything we have and are so exceptionally isolated in our community. Attending an event like C+C and having the opportunity to meet/spend time with Maxie would be *life changing* and affirming. We often feel so alone in our community fighting not just for us but for space for (young) women in the conversation and economy! C+C offers us time + energy to be inspired + continue to make change in our communities! Thank you for this contest!

After 3 years of learning yet constantly feeling stifled at an engineering contractor in corporate Japan, I’ve realized I would like to transition to a more free-thinking work space. I’ve identified aspects of a job that get me fired up (eg. multicultural environment, close-knit team, travel), but I have yet to figure out how I would like them to show up in my life. I’ve been trying to get clarity on this for months now, and track #1 of Create & Cultivate’s conference and coaching with Maxie could help me determine if entrepreneurship is something I’d like to pursue as well as simply expose me to peers who are taking charge of how they want their life to look.

I am currently a college student trying to discover how I can combine my interests in journalism, tech, and philanthropy to create my dream career. I am also trying to get started on the project I am required to complete before I graduate from college; the project can pretty much be anything, and I want to figure out the best way for me to combine my journalism and tech skills to create a project related to education reform. I also currently have an internship at a non-profit that provides art programs to individuals with disabilities; this conference would help me focus on the great ways I can get the organization's message across to truly make an impact. It would also help me discover how I can achieve my dream job, because as of now, I feel as though I have too many interests and wouldn't be able to find or create a job that allows me to explore those interests. In addition, I just love learning and I think the conference would be an amazing place for me to discover more about myself and my career goals.

I am currently trying to shift into my new digital marketing business from my day job, which takes up a chunk of my time. Also, I created two completely different blogs that keep me very busy with not just creating unique content, but I act as the creator, photographer, and editor behind each project and post. They also keep me busy with nearly daily events all around Southern California, which is very exciting and sometimes overwhelming! I do receive some revenue from the blogs, but realistically, I see it more as a marketing tool and not my future career. However, it is important to me and also takes up much of my day. I'm not exactly sure how to split my time anymore and where to focus my efforts. I feel like with access to the workshops and coaching, I would be able to move forward with clearer goals in mind. Thank you for the opportunity!

I am a long time veteran of the fashion biz and that can sap most people's energy, it is a battle to keep the creative spirit alive. I have bucked that for years by making gifts, projects, painting, and doing fun things for other people. My passion for all things beautiful never faded but a chance to kick myself in the butt and to learn new tips. tricks, and to experience new challenges would make my year. Things can get tough but I'm never down. Please invite me to participate in this awesome set of events and opportunities to stretch my creative passions. I am all about cooking and food; feeding others, eating and being healthy is the best therapy. Making food and making food gifts keeps me happy and by default makes others happy! Somehow all this can come together and any insight to make it happen would be the best gift of all. Thanks for this great sweepstakes, I can't wait to find out the winners.

Thank you for this opportunity! I work in broadcast television and want to start a freelance journalist business. I'm at the beginning stages of it all and a little overwhelmed with where to begin. Winning a VIP ticket would allow me to choose track #1. I have researched the mentors at the conference, and Maxie is my first choice pick. I work with young adults who have previously dropped out or are identified as high risk of dropping out of high school. My work, my passion is to light a spark (cultivate interest) with the young people to utilize high school and a diploma as a launch pad for success. To help them see past yesterday and beyond today. Your services will support my work by broadening my scope of leadership beyond the classroom. Community service learning and experiential education are areas that need to be made available as an educational pathway! This opportunity will help me in this endeavor and allow me to find new and exciting ways to pay it forward!

In February 2014, (at the age of thirty years young) I moved out of a beautiful Brooklyn brownstone and moved into my mother's Bronx apartment after she had a stroke that effected her speech and memory. I decided to be beside her full-time, transitioned out of an administrative position at a real estate firm and went for my dream - to create my own business.
Today, I am a full-time content creator on youtube, a love ambassador, an advocate for joy, mental & emotional health and on the leading edge notion of following your dream. A native New Yorker, my videos feature the sounds and sights of my home city with intention to share the message of love through creativity. You can do what you love and love what you do - this is living life to the fullest. I'm working on creating the best digital content to inspire and encourage every creative individual - especially the child perhaps connecting with the "inner child" in all of us.
Create + Cultivate can help me shine light on the joy in following your passion with like-minded women and other digital entrepreneurs.
The magnitude of creativity within your own uniquely distinct authenticity is profound. Whatever brings you bliss is the root of your purpose. And this is my purpose - to live my truth and to be exactly who I am - happily creative!

I recently launched my own life + style blog, alittleleopard.com. I've always been into some form of blogging (all the way back to an embarrassing, embarrassing LiveJournal account) and am beyond inspired by bloggers today who are able to turn it into a business + career.

I've followed Jacyln and Create + Cultivate for awhile now and have been dying to go since she announced the Chicago location. Attending the conference, and a mentorship session with Maxie, would help me take my own blog and brand to the next level - really define my niche and hit the ground running, which is what I've been struggling with since launching.

Right now, alittleleopard.com is a side/passion project - I need Maxie and Create + Cultivate's help turning it into a powerhouse brand and business!

Either way, attending the conference would be an absolute dream and I'd be beyond thrilled to win this sweepstakes. Thanks so much for running it, Levo League!

I am in my first year of blogging, www.blushandblooms.com. It is a fashion and lifestyle blog. In attending the conference I hope to gain as much knowledge as possible to really bring my blog/business to the next level. I know I want to use my blog to connect and help guide people through fashion, fitness, health, life etc. I know I want to turn my blog into a business of its own someday. This would really help me launch and dig deeper into my dream. I quite my job a year ago to fully plunge into this dream, I have been struggling not only financially (not having a job and spending all my savings into my blog), but also emotionally in the "what have I done?" and "where am I going?" moments. Thanks!!

Hi! Recently I turned my hobby & infatuation of baking into my full time job: lifestyle blogger & Krispop (rice krispie cake pops) company. I would love to hear from the incredible panelists you have about how they continued to grow their companies & expand into global phenomenons. I have huge dreams for my company & feel as though attending Create + Cultivate will help an extraordinary amount. Being in my first year with my blog has been absolutely incredible yet at times completely terrifying as I take on this journey by myself. Maxie's inspirational outlook as well as her drive & success are something I've been seeking in a mentor. Thank you for this opportunity; I truly appreciate it! -Caitlin www.publiclivessecretrecipes.com

Hello. I graduated college in Dec 2014. I moved to Austin, TX and too an internship a freelance agency. I have now transitioned to work on freelance projects + build up my brand + blog, thewaysofk. I have also started writing a book geared towards other early/mid-twenty somethings in my position.

As exciting as all of my new projects are, I could use some guidance. When I moved out here I was in a relationship so it was easy to fall into a habit of not networking + being friends with his friends. Being in a city with very few contacts, it is hard to find a network to help support me like I had in my college town. Making ends meet + putting myself out there to make personal + professional contacts is my biggest concern.

I would love for Maxie to help me organize my life + gain the confidence I need to excel in all my endeavors.

Hi. Over the past couple of months, I've been contemplating what I can do in this world to make a difference. Constant meetings, conferences, and informational interviews got me to what I want to do in my lifetime. I'm interested in television, helping less fortunate, and building a bond of togetherness amongst the female community. Still searching for mentors and someone to call on as a friend in the long run, I believe Maxie McCoy would be the perfect choice. She has the energy and positivity that I strive to continue in my life. I'm open-minded, hard-working, and ready to make a difference.

I am a very high energy person that craves a fast paced environment. I jump from idea to plan to action! One plan I have worked from when I was young to older has been my connection to the local entertainment industry. In high school I worked for free, for swag, or for money to connect local talents coming through my city with local venues and networks. As I've gotten older I volunteer and still pick up gigs to stay connected to the music industry any possible way I can. Music has always been apart of my life one way or another; whether playing an instrument, checking out upcoming artists or bands, or volunteering/working concerts and festivals. If I could connect with some other creative minds for new ideas on how to connect with other up and coming talents passing thru my city and stay connected with them by learning more about e-news letters and using social media to keep the artists/talents engaged in my city it'd really pay off. I want to be able to let them know what's going on, when the best times to play my city would be, and let them know what other events are happening. So they know whether its a good time to connect with a certain venue or not... It really does matter and it's a great way to help artists/talents who are unfamiliar with the area and venues.

Hi! I graduated in 2009 with a degree in Marketing and last year realized that design is my passion! I am now back in school full-time and working full-time, getting my degree in graphic design. I'm doing some design work on the side for some of my network, including branding, logo design, and general interior design. I'm also working on building up a photography portfolio that could help me book shoots. My overall goal is to be a "one stop shop" designer, and maybe one day open my own studio or be able to take my work on the road and be a photojournalist. I love to work with non-profits and frequently volunteer with the Red Cross and local art/environmental organizations, so keeping that in my life in some way is very important to me, and I would love to design for a cause. My problem is too many goals and too many opportunities--some professional guidance would be greatly appreciated! Thanks for the opportunity!

I want to turn my passion for crafting and baking into a business, but I'm not really sure where to start or how to go about setting myself up for success to pursue a passion project. I'd love to get tips from Maxie, and I live in chicago and am dying to attend the conference!

Hi there! I am currently the sponsorship coordinator for the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum in the heart of Music City! Although I love what I do to further the mission of cultivating and educating the world on the history of country music, I also have a deep passion for hobbies not associated with my career role, specifically in the world of photo styling, interior design, and brand strategy. My hope is to gain more knowledge and experience in these areas so that I can pursue a more creative type role in the future. I am currently working to create a blog and a community for young professional women in the Nashville area and Southern regions, who are searching for networking opportunities, mentors, life and style advice, interactive social events, and building lasting friendships with other women in similar roles. After graduating from Texas A&M and making a huge leap out of my comfort zone to move to an unfamiliar place, I empathize with those twenty somethings, who are currently in college, or have recently graduated. It can be scary to come to a new city like Nashville looking to reach career goals and develop new friendships. I would love to gain valuable skills and resources through this conference that I can utilize to build the foundation of this dream, I simply cannot coach myself or start it on my own!

Hey hey! I am digital ACD at a medium-sized agency in Chicago. Last year I went out on a limb and started my own business, Zimmer & Jack, to allow myself to really dig back into painting, hand lettering and other things that I love to bring my digital and print work to life. I would love for CC to help me get my work out there as the store is kind of limping along. As an introvert who works from home with a husband in a military I am always dying to push myself in ways that force me build new friendships and network with great people. And of course this CC conference would do just that!

Love to get tips on jump-starting my side hustle of jewelry making!

I’m creating a community of excited, passionate, motivated, open-minded, individuals. My purpose is to bring together those that have ideas and the will to work for what they want through an experience, rather than a networking event, to create & deepen relationships. I believe that the best connections come from experiencing something together, so I’ve started, along with my business partner, a company that creates these experiences for individuals. It’s a curated community, as members have to apply to ensure that all participants bring value to the group.

My long term plans for this community is to help change the world from one where people promote fancy things they’re doing or buying online to one where people share cool, awesome, kind, interesting things that they are doing. There are so many modest people in the world that don’t feel the need to share the amazing projects they’re working on because they do them out of the goodness of their hearts or out of pure excitement. I want to change this; I want people to promote the change they’re making in the world, even if it’s a change within them, so it will inspire more people to do the same. I want empower the Western world to stop feeling proud of the expensive things they can buy or do and to be proud of the love they can give, the help they can offer, the ways they can make a positive impact on the world

I'm working on creating and cultivating a website to inspire women in their mid 20s to 30s to live their best lives and to enjoy the journey not just the goal.

I'm working on my blog SweetSauceBlog.com, a fashion and lifestyle blog that is more than #ootd posts, but a community for women and men all over who are interested in self expression, excited about fashion, and inspired by making a difference. I am using the brand of Sweet Sauce to lay the foundation for a business pulling together, promoting and hosting events that fuse fashion and philanthropy. With 6 years of special events and nonprofit service in my belt, I can't wait to see what's next. I have three events on the books so far and I can't wait to get more scheduled!

I'm working in building my personal brand through creating a blog dedicated to travels for women, and the must eat food destinations in those cities. I love to eat, and try new places, so I figured this would be a way to combine both passions of mine.

As a full time pharmacist, I am working on a textbook and teaching piano on the side. I would like Create + Cultivate to help me pursue my passion more fully. I need to figure out how I can share my passion in arts/crafting (+ classical music) as a product/service I can market.

I want to start my own property management business but haven't been able to get going yet! It's daunting to jump into business by yourself! Help me get there?

I am currently working on building a collective of designers that are all working together to change the world with design.
