Glassdoor Named the Top 100 Places To Work in 2018 (and Guess Who Landed the Top Spot)

Tis the season for ranking the best places to work and Facebook has come out on top once again, according to Glassdoor's annual list.

Facebook managed to beat out last year's top pick, Bain & Co and the social networking platform has made the list every year since the rankings started 10 years ago.

Lululemon, In N' Out Burger, HubSpot Inc. and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital also made it into the top 10. The list is based on anonymous feedback from employees. Forty new companies managed to nab spots on the list as well.

Glassdoor co-founder and CEO Robert Hohman said in a release announcing the results: “We know today’s job seekers are more informed than ever about where they go to work, researching everything from company culture to career opportunities to pay philosophy and more."

Facebook may top the list, but there is a slew of other companies that earned high approval ratings. Consider the top 10 according to Glassdoor and see the full list here.

1. Facebook
