Serve as a Single Point of Contact (S.P.O.C.), to a pipeline of 200 - 300 borrowers with delinquent loans, assist borrowers to identify solutions that allow them to maintain home ownership. Present alternate solutions such as short sale or deed in lieu options, if retention is not possible. Analyze the customer's financial situation and make recommendations on loan modifications/workout options to resolve delinquency. Notify customers of loan modification decision, current status, options, timelines, coordination touch points, and customer's obligations through the process.

Assist the S.P.O.C. teams in addressing the questions and concerns of customers in their pipelines by communicating account and modification information to their customers. Utilize various systems to manage requests for documentation of loan modification reviews and notify customers of loan modification status, options, coordination touch points and the customer's obligations through the process.

Accountable for contacting and responding to phone inquiries from customers, title companies, attorneys and internal personnel to obtain and validate customer loan information. Functions include: answering questions pertaining to payment research, taxes, insurance, loan modifications and assumptions, prepayments, payoffs, adjustable rate loans, credit reporting, and researching and analyzing problems and recommending solutions. Processing payment, verifying accuracy of data input and related records, researching, and resolving and correcting moderately complex loan servicing processes and related records.
