As a marketing manager I am responsible for the Marketing for Renault's After Sales activities in The Netherlands, member of the operational board.
• Responsible for realization of total parts turnover (accessories, mechanical & body parts)
• Determine the marketing strategy
• Project managing the development of the sales strategy across the Renault dealer network as well as towards the independent car market
• Coordinator Benelux for marketing After Sales with the target to develop commercial activities on cluster level
• Implementing After Sales service concepts like loyalty program, all-in prices, towards the market.
• Allocating budgets for marketing
My department consists of 19 employees in various functions such as product- and account managers as well as analysts, pricing and communication specialists.
