Logistics- Oversaw 3 acquisitions and was charged with rerouting the acquired accounts to existing routes and creating new routes to ensure profitability. Performed a major reroute due to economic struggles by analyzing route volume, dollars, territory and man hours to move routed from 5 days to 4 day weeks. The overall result was a savings of $150,000 annually by reducing overtime, fuel consumption and mileage.

Fleet- Managed 24 trucks leased through Penske and Ryder Logistics. Monitored daily mileage and reviewed and filed DMVR sheets. Scheduled monthly P.M.s, inspections and maintenance when necessary. Monitored monthly statements and reviewed with contacts at leasing company. Accountable for monthly billing.
