Responsible for providing key administrative support to our client's sales, Procurement, Business Development and Accounts Department.
Undertaking a wide range of reception duties, I respond to incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner. I manage the office diary, organising the deliveries, returns and advise customers on seasonal promotions as and when necessary.
I call customers daily from a list which is added to as and when new clients come on board, take their weekly orders and offer them based on precious sales add on items, promotions, multi buys, up-selling all the time.
Handling a variety of procurement administration tasks, I generate quotations, produce reports and monitor sales.
Business development is an activity I would do regularly calling new clients and ensuring clients are up to speed on the latest special buys.
I look after stationary stock in house, ensuring adequate levels of stock are available when needed.
I also receive and distribute mail and any courier deliveries ie.office stationary order.
Receive payments and make out receipts.
Update various databases.
Assist with billing.
