Developed the project from a once a year nationwide intergenerational volunteer action promoting computer skills, started in 2011, to an established social enterprise, now connecting 26,000 elderly and youth annually.
• Managed marketing activities with an external agency to increase awareness of the nationwide initiative; collaborated with local stakeholders, including schools, municipalities, and centers for the elderly.
• Initiated and facilitated business process improvements to make the project sustainable and built the full time team.
• Established relationships with corporate sponsors, increasing the project’s annual budget by more than 30% each year.
• Awarded the European Citizen Award and nominated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the United Nations Population Award.
