Ensure the continual professionalism of all front desk staff, including the Assistant Front Desk Managers and at times the VIP Services staff when their management was not present. Have been in charge in such areas as night audit, attendance, discipline, night audit and rooms management. Retain common knowledge from other property departments including Customer Care, Food & Beverage, and Gaming. Oversee any unsettled guest balances and determine if any further action is needed. Readily assist in any executive needs from all departments. Oversee the complete workings of the Front Desk, Concierge Desk and assistant in VIP Services when needed.
Also, during my time in management, I have completed the Diversity workshop where I became a "Diversity Champion" and received the Warriorship award for most improved.
