Understand and use standardized layouts for basic marketing material production processes.
Assist with the graphic design of a wide variety of both online and offline tactics including but not limited to email marketing, online banner ads, print ads, point of sale materials and displays, flyers, posters and brochures.
Maintain marketing promotions calendar, gathers data and reports promotional results.
Monitor competitive activity to develop and maintain competitive intelligence file. Competitor profile includes details related to competitors’ trade show exhibits/attendance/speaking, association sponsorships/memberships, promotional calendar, strategic alliances, media buys, market share, pricing, customer satisfaction, etc.
Manage tradeshow related and industry events; handle registration, implement pre- and post-show marketing strategies, coordinate staffing, ensure timely execution and production of key deliverables (including tradeshow communications and support materials) track and report ROI analysis
Track all marketing department expenditures and monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
Manage vendor relationships with contracted marketing support vendors including but not limited to promotional products, apparel and trade show services vendors
Maintain marketing department weekly status report
Special projects and other duties, as assigned.
