Led global social media marketing strategy for Coca-Cola Company’s Global Interactive Marketing Group. Key projects:
• “Global State of Social Media at Coca-Cola” Reported Coke’s social media strategies across 20 brands in 23 countries. Developed social intranet to deliver and maintain strategy.
• Executive Social Media and Global Digital Marketing Training Led regular executive consulting sessions. Clients included global, regional marketing leadership and key customers.
• Co-created Coca-Cola’s Consumer Engagement and Social Media Response Strategy. Managed Coke’s digital profile on social platforms. Activated a global digital consumer response team. Established global social presence with Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, Bebo and YouTube.
• Social Campaign Manager: 2008 Vancouver Winter Olympics, 2010 Super Bowl XLIV and 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa.
