Understanding the requirement of the clients, procuring the goods in scheduled time frame, from eminent manufacturers, and delivering it hassle free with reputed logistics. The whole chain is linked up strongly to facilitate the clients.

With more than 10000 different products to offer from extremely low priced products to rare luxury finished products and a strong tie up with over 300 SME manufacturers delivery is as promised, on time.

Presently the requirement of 100 different clients spread across 15 states in India and 3 countries are being met with ease.

Was the first to be promoted from the ranks of a Trainee to a Manager within just 10 months of joining the company.
Conferred with the honor of the best Division amongst the 19 in the company for accelerated T&D loss reduction.
Also clinged onto the top position on the monthly score cards published by the company on month to month basis.
Managed 5 different portfolio of the company including - revenue generation, enforcement activities, digital reading of meters, excellent bill delivery system and revenue collection.

1) Revenue generation included sanctioning of new connection, electrification of new areas, prominent and rotation based load shedding to avoid theft of electricity.
2) Enforcement Raids conducted in and through the area with CISF and police support in theft prone areas for regular loss reduction. Revenues of over 50 Cr generated with this single exercise and loss
reduced by over 1% y-o-y basis.
3) Digital reading of meters- latest in art optical reading of meters used, to avoid any manipulation or error. Seamless integration of meter reading to bill generation.
4) Bill Distribution dept - well defined roadmap of distributing over 80,000 bills per month, accomplished many challenges and lead a road map to capture mobile no's to sent bill details via SMS.
5) Revenue Collection- faced challenges and devised new strategies to recover the debt money. Effective collection system placed to collect over 98% of the amount within due dates.

Summer Internship

Worked closely with the engineers to understand the fabricating and worsting of the yarn produced in the spinning mills. The complete process of drawing out the fibre from raw cotton was analysed.
Automation of various process handing the critical functioning of the plant was an utter essential component of the internship.
Electrical supply which is the second most important ingredient for complete processing of the process was closely watched and all critical components were suitably arranged for meeting any emergencies.
The supply from the yard to keep the heavy duty machines running 24*7 without any lapse of electricity was the key component of the internship.
