Currently supporting the Head of HR-US and General Manager of Commercial Strategy. Previously, supported the Head of HR and General Counsel.

Dynamic office duties including:
-Project manage and execute New Hire Orientations
-Resume review, phone screens, in person interviews as well as travel arrangements for out of state candidates
-US Champion for our Best Place to Work Team
- Arrange and run team meetings on and offsite; setting the agenda, tracking action items and obtaining status in advance of meetings
-Track and process all invoices for recruiting process (placement fees, assessments for senior staff, etc)
-Track and report recruiting metrics (growth, attrition, cost per hire, days to hire, career progression)
-Act as point of contact for performance management process


-Contract formatting
-Anti bribery and compliance champion for the US
-Manage budget for all legal invoices, process legal filings for brand transitions
-Legal contact for all contract management stored locally and on a global portal
-Periodic review of campaigns for legal compliance
