Am I crazy too? Good.
“Here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They’re not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them. But the only thing you can’t do is ignore them. Because they change things. They push the human race forward. And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.”
The above quote from Apples 1997 marketing campaign describes perfectly the term: “Unconventional Thinkers”.
Unconventional thinkers are “the crazy ones”.
I am an unconventional thinker - . But I never agreed to the norm - and never adapted to it. I was never able to agree to 9-to-5 lifestyle. I never backed down to obstacles and made my life a fight.
Doing that is never easy. Not just because overcoming obstacles is always hard - but because one of these obstacle is society itself. Acceptance mostly comes after success, not upfront.
You might think that “Unconventional Thinkers” is a description of “Entrepreneurs”, but the term is much broader. Unconventional thinkers can be artists or mechanics. Engineers or nerds. They are those who do not adapt. Because they can’t and because they shouldn't.
Because they are “The crazy ones.”
I am an unconventional thinker .....
