Being the "go-to" guy here at Searchsmart sees me wearing a number of hats, but the main functions of my role as a solutions strategist is helping to steer Searchsmart forward by implementing systems and solutions to streamline the day-to-day running of the company. From a client perspective, my solutions analyst hat has me looking at what marketing solution(s) would work best for them, what solution do we need to propose for their website to get the maximum traction from it, providing client training, presenting at seminars and workshops.
Because we are a small, but growing, team I have to be able to be adapt to a number of disciplines to be able to help out our team members in times of need. From analysing AdWords accounts, building websites, carrying out on-page SEO (did I mention I am a bit of an SEO guru?), creating animated HTML5 display banners, copy writing, etc. Arnie may be the Terminator, I am the Facilitator.
