Project Management: Analyze, design, develop, & implement new projects and enhancements to existing applications.
Define business requirements, identify stakeholders & identify components required to plan and complete testing, including determining the appropriate amount of time required, coordinating with internal and external departments, and scheduling space, hardware, & personnel required.
Help define and document project scope in collaboration with internal team & key stakeholders.
Coordinate project activities with appropriate staff & project partners, as well as build, develop, and grow any internal relationships vital to the success of projects.
Leads teams through as-is and to-be process mapping required to understand business & technical requirements.
Manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, & devise contingency plans. In general, work efficiently, independently, & frequently autonomously.

Facilitate meetings with key stakeholders to resolve issues & escalate to senior project manager as needed.
Development and facilitating end user training.
Lending Administration Support:
Serves as an Administrator of Bank’s commercial lending software, which contains portfolio management, financial statement spreading, & loan memo generation capabilities. Duties include monitoring outstanding vendor issues, policies and procedures, performs ongoing maintenance of the product, testing & validating software upgrades & configuring products & workflows as necessary.
Board of Directors Support:
Support of electronic Board Portal, including maintenance of members credential, production and dissemination of board packets, monitoring outstanding vendor issues, testing and validating upgrades and performing ongoing maintenance of the product.
