Contract Project Manager on projects for BellSouth Wholesale Markets, Ceridian Employer Services, and French & Associates.

BellSouth - Took over management of $600K over-budget, over-due training development project involving development vendor, internal training team, and 3 client organizations. Instituted formal development processes and standards. Resolved contractual disputes. Resulted in contract renewal for vendor.

Ceridian - Managed 8-person team of Instructional Designers that developed training for Sales team on first major release in 2 years. Partnered with Training and Sales Directors; oversaw contractors and internal training team. Served as lead Instructional Designer.

French - Managed and staffed 3-person application development team (Visual Basic) to develop a cost-effective tool to measure workforce productivity.
