At iHealth Labs, I am responsible for the daily operations of the customer service department serving North America. My responsibilities include analytics, documentation, process improvement and training. I provide responses to customer inquiries on Amazon Answers and Reviews. I review customer satisfaction surveys and reach out to the customer who have had a negative experience. I am also responsible for fraud detection and prevention on our online store.
