At BHP Billiton, I operated at different leadership positions. Roles changed with continuous restructuring of the organization. BHP at that time was undergoing global position alignment with all it's assets. Roles changed from initial functional roles, to that of a technical structure.

Achievement:
Test Separator CFD study and internal vessel replacement. Capacity of equipment increased from 5MMSCFD to 57 MMSCFD
Produced Water treatment system design and implementation.
Chemical Management treatment program
AGCompressor LP and HP suction over-pressuring remediation.

Responsibility to lead a team responsible for the optimization of all 4 LNG trains
Project leadership and management of front end engineering for large projects (G.T US 3 million)
Full project management for small projects (L.T 3 million)
Led the Process Optimization incentive program, involving all personnel within the company, who may have improvement ideas

ALNG Engineering/Operations representative Train 4

Transferred full time to the Houston Dessign team, assigned the responsibility to oversee the design and operational requirement for the Train 4, as well as the Multi-train Debottlenecking Project.
The role included design approval, operational acceptance, operator training and commissioning of the Train 4 facility. Factory acceptance of all equipment was also included.

Responsibility for all Process Engineering for the entire facility, as well as giving assistance to the Train 4 project team. I led 7 engineers,
Lead the engineering input to Train 2, Train3, and Train 4 design there-by improving the design of each successive train.
Process Engineering and surveillance associated with Train 1,2,3
Process Optimization on the Trains 1,2 & 3 facilities.
Project management involving Trains 1,2,&3 Debottle necking;advanced controls system.
Led the design and implementation of Project management methodology system within ALNG management-stage gate process.
