Manage and train researchers in six countries of Central America on mystery shopping, data gathering and survey administration on the behavior of the remittances market in Central America.
Conduct research on the remittances and financial market of Latin America and Asia and its interaction with US corridors that contributes quarterly to an online database that allows migrants from Latin America and Asia to compare the choices that the market offers them to send money to their families in their home countries.
Manage survey projects that examined the financial behavior of Central Americans in the Washington DC region and their socioeconomic situation during the 2008 financial crisis.

Assisted the Program with research and analysis to build a scorecard used to rate more than 50 companies operating in fourteen countries in the region on a variety of criteria, focusing on remittance transfer service, payment methods as well as country climates. Criteria include pricing, geographic coverage in the United States and Latin America, rural vs. urban coverage, financial services intermediation, customer satisfaction, and special product features.
Gathered on-site qualitative and quantitative information and data on the current situation of the remittances and financial sector of Mexico later used by the Mexican Central Bank to identify the challenges of the market to modernize and create new products and services for Mexicans.
Developed the Social Media strategy of the Inter-American Dialogue and was able to increase the Institution’s Internet presence by implementing a Communications Plan that proved to be successful tool to keep and expand when thinking of a Communications plan.
Conducted research and data analysis on the marketplace for remittances for countries in Central America and the Caribbean and their interaction with US Corridors
