• Oversight of the Cisco Quality Management System providing direction for improvements (pre-sales and post sales), analyse customer satisfaction to identify trends and behaviours (KPI), weekly contacts and appointments, prospect identification, proposed revenue, forecasting sales, sales revenue results, CRM updates
• Manage the lead generation, demand generation and opportunity qualification processes for new target accounts
• Solve Territory customers' business challenges and escalations by delivering solutions – (Pre and Post Sales)
• Responsible for the creation, management and delivery of world class C – level audience presentations and demonstrations to prospects/customers (specializing in IoT, IOE, video collaboration and security)
