Program Manager, Residential Supportive Housing

Provide clinical guidance, supervision and advice throughout the program.
Serve as a lead contact and liaison with property management team in supportive housing buildings.
In conjunction with property management team, direct and adjust service coordination at supportive and transitional housing buildings to meet changing needs.
Responsible for program planning and distribution of workload.
Lead staff in addressing issues of quality improvement and model development aspects of the program.
Supervise staff including but not limited to conducting annual performance evaluations, managing performance and documenting discipline in accord with organizational policies and procedures.
Participate in the hiring process for staff at the Supportive Housing Services program.
Serve as the main contact for the external agencies, vendors and property managers.
Ensure contract compliance and adherence to program policy.
Complete monthly and quarterly reports and others, as needed.
Ensure Supportive Housing Services participation in relevant advocacy arenas.
Conduct presentations, trainings, and workshops on the Supportive Housing Services best practices.
