As a supply chain analyst the main responsibilities are to forecast dealer demand for the paint product line, ensure items and vendor information is accurate and up to date in the system, successfully achieve KPI's (in-stock position, inventory turns, etc), manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders (dealers/vendors), participate on many cross-functional team planning and decision making, work on special projects, work with category business managers to support deal related and line review in-stock positions.
• Other responsibilities include; supporting the training and development team to educate new supply chain analysts, building access database for various other cross-functional teams, supporting the in-stock position of the weekly flyer. Creation and analysis of product level forecasts to maintain high accuracy in demand and supply planning.
• Generate reports to manage and monitor safety stock level and replenishment on a timely manner.
• Manage inventory and all replenishment flow from vendor to distribution centre.
