I help to add structure and processes to our rapidly growing technology team. Working alongside the CTO, I aim to create a tech team that can be easily scaled working with product teams, DevOps, engineers to create standardized processes that maximize efficiency. I love to analyze workflows and implement fixes to increase productivity. I also am on the Fierce FinTech Females Team within the organization to promote an inclusive and diverse workplace.

Career

Loot Crate

Associate Project Manager

At Loot Crate, we always say that we are fans first and that we love our customers. As a Project Manager, I optimized curation processes to improve work stream efficiency and customer satisfaction. My strategy allowed us to go from simply putting merchandise into a box to an improved state where the experience honors the stories and fandoms that our customers expect.

Worked on a Geography honors thesis analyzing food deserts in South Central, Los Angeles. This was the first time I’d ever witnessed such stark social inequity in my own backyard and I wanted to find a solution to bring affordable, nutritious foods to the area. I then successfully convinced the Farmers Market Association to set up their first location in South Central.

Senior Technical Project Manager

Audre Lorde taught us that "Ignoring the differences of race between women and the implications of those differences presents the most serious threat to the mobilization of women’s joint power." Something I strive to bring into the workplace so people can understand that their differences contributes to the vibrancy of the workplace.
