During my time at MotoPhoto, I was responsible for transforming an existing relationship marketing program into a revenue generating sector. I developed and managed two turnkey relationship marketing programs for franchises with over 130,000 preferred customers and 155,000 loyalty club members.

In addition to my relationship marketing responsibilities, I was also a member of an internal promotions team, analyzing offer profitability/impact for stores, reviewing promotional offers and concepts with franchise advisory groups, and communicating promotions to franchises.
