Jan-Sep/2012 - TMPM Onshore Project - Vale - São Luis/Maranhão - Construction of the civil structure for the assembling of the machines responsible for unloading the ore from the wagons, and construction of several other support facilities to the unloading site.
Productivity Analyst - Leader to the area responsible for monitoring the efficiency and productivity of the project, keeping track of all the micro activities’ productivity rates, elaboration of reports and graphics, host of weekly productivity follow-up meetings with field workers, coordination of the program responsible for motivating the field workers to pursue optimal productivity.
Sep/2012 up to now – Mineroduto Minas-Rio – Anglo American – Minas Gerais – Construction of a 535km slurry pipeline for transporting ore from a mine in Minas Gerais to a harbor in Rio de Janeiro. Currently the administrative site of the project is set in Nova Era/MG although there’s field operation throughout the whole length of the pipeline.
Cost and Budget Analyst – Responsible for monitoring if the cost of the project is according to the budget, following all the direct and indirect activities.
Member of the Innovation Committee, responsible for implementing the innovation culture and recording all the innovation initiatives to a central database with access to the whole construction company for sharing the ideas with other projects.
