-Organizing and Planning the daily routes as per Time Motion Study.
-Developing and implementing Trackers for daily monitoring of monthly and quarterly initiatives.
-Coordinating with HO for daily reports and inquiries.

-Managed inventory for POSM material available with the warehouse.
-Hiring and on- boarding new resource. Making sure that they go through proper orientation.
-Training the sales force on BCP, PSF and Objection Handling.
-Conducting regular back-checking (Auditing)of Golden Store Program.
-Ensuring Best in Class in store executions by utilizing updated POSM.
-Sufficiency planning of each SKU.
-Ordering out of stock products.
-Proactively monitor and assess competitor initiatives; take tactical actions to counter, protect and build the company’s position.
-Forecasting mid-month, end month and annual sales for each Brand.
-Daily KPI monitoring (SKU/Bill, Productivity, Active Calls) and ensuring its implementation and improvement.
-Ensuring Power SKU distribution on maximum outlets.
-Market visits on regular basis to identify the gaps and other potential points of improvement and ensuring in store fundamentals.
-Developing PR with Key Accounts and ensuring incremental volume through right order suggestion.
-Executing Golden Stores Program at HFS and Wholesale Customers.
-Executing the Mini Markets Program and bringing parties on board.
-Encouraging and ensuring healthy and ethical work practices at work and in field as per company Rules and regulations.
-Co-ordinating with CSnL Department for stock availability and smooth distribution process.
