Strengthened visibility of HR support to frontline team members, fostering a relationship between HR and staff not previously in place, leading to improved cross-communication and HR visibility to frontline atmosphere and department strategy

• Enhanced campus hire connection throughout recruitment cycle. Attained 2017 campus recruiting goal with minimal churn while improving college hire diversity over previous cohort
• Impacted leader development agenda through manager training sessions; assisted with pilot of enhanced new leader onboarding program, leading to streamlined process, better accountability and improved new hire capability
