I currently manage a team of Recruiters, Sourcers and Coordinators based in London, Aberdeen and Houston responsible for experienced hires across Upstream Operations, HSSE and the North Sea region.

I am passionate about sourcing and have designed and implemented a direct sourcing strategy that has resulted in over 800 hires with zero agency usage over the past 3 years.

I have been heavily involved in training recruiters and coordinators on their sourcing and pipelining approach to focus on quality of hire and reduce cost per hire.
