Working as a part of a hardware networking team, performing hardware installation, maintenance and support, dealing with customers on a day-to-day basis over the phone, via email and in person.
Often working extended hours to insure the job had been completed and to ensure the work had been of the highest quality.
Networking Expertise Required:
Trusted member of the technical team, responsible for several new projects installations and their completion. Demonstrated new technologies to potential customers and visited customer sites with members of the sales team to provide technical product information.
Also spent time working with new/experimental products including the Siemens Building Management equipment and later wrote a paper on the Development of Building Management Systems.
Abtec happily extended my initial contract and I received exceptional grades and feedback from colleagues & management.
My role entailed helping customers around the shop to easily found their shopping items, keeping the shelves full, organised and presentable, and to unpack produce deliveries and take note on stock levels.
