Backbase portal software helps financial organizations to re-use their existing systems, and enter the era of 'Engagement Banking' where they manage and optimize their online customer experiences, grow revenue and loyalty.

My responsibilities:
• Business development and sales activities to boost sales funnel with sales team, marketing team and partners within EMEA (cold call, lead generation, fueling the enterprise pipeline, qualifying leads, maintaining Salesforce).

• Implement Enterprise Sales Process and planning market entry strategies for new industry verticals (assisting senior sales executives in sales cycles and product presentations).

• Conduct local market researches to support company’s sales model, maximize revenue growth and increase local market share.

• Being a point of contact for C-level executives interested in Backbase portal solutions for internet and mobile banking.

Ernst & Young


• Performed analytical review of financial statements for various companies in insurance, energy, freight transport, hospitality and other sectors;
• Engaged, as part of the audit team, in the onsite engagement in Belarus to perform audit procedures such as business and control process mapping, auditing of accounts payables and accounts receivables;
• Worked directly with E&Y clients on Estonian Accounting Standards (“Estonian GAAP”) compliance by highlighting and fixing various accounting and auditing issues.



Sales Training Consultant (project based)

• Helped to set up a new company branch;
• Ensured the alignment of the sales training procedures with sales protocol;
• Led the set-up of a recruiting and interviewing plan for sales positions, interviewed 50 applicants for sales vacancies;
• Mapped down business processes (training&sales, quality check, back-office functions) in order to maximize the revenue.
