As a Customer Engagement Manager, I use our scoping process to understand our clients' and prospects' budgeting needs, in order to estimate the time it will take to fully implement our product. During this process, I use my product knowledge to answer questions, make recommendations, and bridge the gap between their current budgeting process and the process they want to create.

- Moderated a live, panel session of current customers for the software industry during our Adaptive Live 2014 user conference

Financial Software Support Specialist

As a Software Support Specialist, I provided both phone and email product support to clients, partners, and internal team members. This included technical help, basic how-to questions, guidance for advanced changes made to existing models, and training.


- Presented 8-hour training to introduce new clients to the Adaptive Planning application at the Accelerate 2013 user conference

- Implemented the Zendesk ticketing system and knowledge base to simplify the management of support requests and enable clients, partners and internal teams to find solutions while reducing the use and cost of three separate systems

- Exceeded monthly target of resolved support tickets for an average of 211% over 12 months
