I spend my time helping people. Whether it's helping companies make the leap to a better solution for budgeting and forecasting or helping young professionals build a brand that gets them the job they love, I spend my days helping others and I love it.

"I firmly believe that any man's finest hour, the greatest fulfillment of all that he holds dear, is that moment when he has worked his heart out in a good cause and lies exhausted on the field of battle - victorious." -- Vince Lombardi

Promethean Brand

"The only way to do great work is to love what you do." - Steve Jobs

I'm tired of hearing about how our generation is either entitled or going to save the world. I know that we will make our own impact on this world as previous generations have but those two extremes aren't the only options. I want to help young professionals understand their value and how to present that value so they can do something they love. Because most of us will work for the next 3 or 4 decades and we might as well enjoy the hell out of it.

But so many young professionals aren't sure about how to go after the things they want most or they think that they have to spend 5 - 10 years doing low-level grunt work to even get close to a position they'll enjoy. That's crazy. And not true. At all. Young professionals today have so many opportunities to create a career that is not only successful and fulfilling but that makes them happy without sacrificing time for fun, family and friends.

And that all starts with understanding their own value and how to show that value to others in a way that makes it seem like they were destined to do what they already wanted to do anyways. So forget entitled or world-savers, our generation is going to do great work because they'll love what they're doing and the whole world will benefit from that (even if it's not everyone's main focus).
